UX Internship:
Design Sprint & Design Conceptualization

During my time at this internship, I participated in a 7-day design sprint focused on increasing client subscription engagement. Throughout this design sprint, I addressed "How Might We" statements and designed and prototyped wireframes for a potential dashboard solution. After the 5-day sprint, the remaining 2 days were left for client interviews to receive feedback on our solution. In addition to the sprint work, I facilitated in user testing interviews completed product backlog items, which included redesigning several pages to help admin users retrieve client membership information more efficiently.
